See who's sharing seats. Decide what it's worth.
Password sharing is revenue leaking in plain sight – but blunt blocking burns loyal customers. Pro scores every account's sharing behaviour with a confidence level and the full device breakdown, report-only by default. The commercial response stays yours.
EU-hosted. Verdicts in milliseconds.
Two cities, 26 minutes, one subscription. The dial turns it into a number you can act on.
Already in production
Publishing platforms, fintech and national charities across Europe already run TrustSig on their forms.
The report is the product.
Not a binary flag, a case file. Every scored account shows the reasons with their weights and the device roster behind them, so the people who own the commercial call can see exactly what they're looking at.
Detection is ours. The decision is yours.
Sharing isn't always abuse – sometimes it's a team plan waiting to happen. That's why enforcement is opt-in: Pro hands you the evidence and three sane plays.

Book a demoSeats don't lie. Devices do.
Five devices living on one individual seat is four seats of usage you're not billing. You don't need a crackdown to fix that, you need to see it, account by account, with confidence you can defend in a commercial review.

Pull any account's sharing report on demand – or subscribe to the webhook and let high-confidence cases come to you. Note the decision: ALLOW. Report-only means the verdict stays clean while the evidence accumulates.

Each detection engine reads the same account, device and network memory – turn on one, the rest are a toggle away.
Account sharing, answered
Pro watches for patterns one person cannot produce, like two devices using one account from places too far apart to travel between, unusually high device counts, wide geographic spread and rapid device rotation. Those are a few of the signals; each account gets a sharing score with a confidence level and the full device breakdown.
No — sharing detection is report-only by default. The report is the product: you see exactly which accounts are shared and how heavily, then decide the commercial response. Enforcement (routing those sessions to a step-up) is strictly opt-in.
Owning three devices doesn't trip it — physics does. The strongest signal is geographically impossible concurrency: sessions minutes apart from cities hundreds of kilometres apart. Scores come with confidence levels precisely so you can act only on the unambiguous cases.
Common plays: prompt heavy sharers to upgrade to a team plan, scope per-seat pricing conversations with real data, or quietly route shared sessions to re-authentication. Pro gives you the evidence; the policy stays yours.
Yes. The detection is identical — what changes is your response. B2B teams typically use the report in renewal conversations; consumer products typically route to step-up or upgrade prompts.
